chmod 755 data uploads
4. Done. There is no step 4.
Shared hosting
Extract the zip in cPanel File Manager, visit the URL. Works on the cheapest plans.
VPS / Docker
FROM php:8-apache
COPY . /var/www/html/
No database to configure, no migrations, no env files full of secrets. That is the whole point of flat-file.
